By accessing and using the jacky.club website and any of its services (including the Jacky Workshop), you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use the site or its services.

Jacky is a desktop companion application and a community platform where users can download, share, and publish custom modules (skins, routines, and language packs) through the Workshop. The website serves as an informational portal, download hub, and community module repository.

To publish modules in the Workshop and interact with the community, you must authenticate using your Google or GitHub account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate information when setting up your user profile.

By publishing a module in the Workshop, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights to the content or have authorization to distribute it. You retain ownership of your creations, but grant Jacky a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your module through the site. You are prohibited from publishing content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing of intellectual property, or that contains malicious or harmful material.

The Jacky software, its design, logos, trademarks, and published source code are owned by their respective authors. Modules published by the community belong to their creators under the terms of the license they specify. The name "Jacky" and its associated visual assets are property of the project and may not be used for derivative products without authorization.

Modules available in the Workshop are provided by the community and are offered "as is" without warranty of functionality. Jacky is not responsible for any damages caused by third-party modules. We recommend reviewing the contents of each package before installing it.

You agree not to use the site to: (a) upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code; (b) impersonate another person; (c) attempt unauthorized access to the site's systems; (d) perform mass or automated scraping of Workshop data; (e) post spam or irrelevant content.

The site and its services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Jacky does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Use of the site is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jacky shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the site or its services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms periodically. Changes will take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We reserve the right to remove or disable any module, comment, or user content that we determine violates these terms or is otherwise inappropriate, without prior notice.
